David nominated as a top CX Influencer for second consecutive year.

Earlier this year, David was surprised, and of course honoured, to be nominated and then named as one of the top 50 CX Influencers. In doing so, he joined many of the colleagues who had inspired his CX career and work. He is therefore delighted to be nominated again for 2022. The results are due in a few weeks’ time.
